All policies can be found at the top of this page under “Booking.” The biggest one is our 72-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within 72-hours will be charged 50% of the potential appointment, 48-hours is 75% and, 24-hours is 95% of the service charge.

All of my booking is done via technicolorsalon.glossgenius.com where you will pay a deposit and place a card on file as a retainer in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

After an in person consultation, you will have options to purchase your hair via Tessa Scissorhands LLC. In person with card or cash, or online to finance based off of approval with AfterPay. This website will also accept single use cards from Klarna, QuadPay, or Affirm. Extensions are an expensive luxury item but we like to try to make them accessible for payment methods.
