Salon Policies
All policies can be found at the top of this page under “Booking.” The biggest one is our 72-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within 72-hours will be charged 50% of the potential appointment, 48-hours is 75% and, 24-hours is 95% of the service charge.

How to book?
All of my booking is conveniently done through the fabulous https://tessa.comb.works, where you will pay a small deposit and securely place a card on file for future appointments. This ensures a smooth and easy experience for all your hair needs!
Purchasing extensions:
After an in person consultation, you will have options to purchase your hair via Tessa Scissorhands LLC. In person with card or cash, or online to finance based off of approval with AfterPay. This website will also accept single use cards from Klarna, QuadPay, or Affirm. Extensions are an expensive luxury item but we like to try to make them accessible for payment methods. I also offer financing with Cherry! See the tab above for how to apply.

Do you offer mentoring?
Tessa Scissorhands LLC is in the process of adding a shadow day option to the site for you to come for a tailored 6-8 hour day of learning. Food will be provided along with a written summary of the day.
